San Diego County Courthouse & Hall of Justice

Service since 2008 to current

In December 2017, we commenced our 3rd contract with the County of San Diego for the Courthouse and Hall of Justice, yet this start had a twist as a new Courthouse was constructed. Creating challenges of construction post clean-up due to the facility sitting for 6 months. These two facilities require all vacuuming and auto-scrubbing prior to the public arrival between 6am and 8am, and all cleaning performed during the day requiring our team to be courteous and customer service focused.

San Diego County Operations Complex

Service since 2013 to current

In December 2013, we transitioned 57 buildings with 2.3 million square feet encompassing over a 250-mile radius of San Diego County stretching from the South Bay, to Downtown, Kearney Mesa, Escondido, Oceanside, Fallbrook and Borrego Springs under 6 contracts. The County Operations Complex was one of these contracts. The complex is 13 buildings, 900,000 square feet, 2 parking structures and 1.2 million square feet in parking lot, requiring day and night service, green cleaning and periodic cleaning of large hanging art sculptures.

Seneca Center

Service since 2001 to current

Servicing 12 facilities from San Leandro, El Sobrante, Fairfield to San Jose, including Administration Centers, schools and residential facilities. These facilities require emergency service and specific healthcare for children’s in schools and living environments.
